Shipping policy

Your label may be printed prior to your order being ready for shipping. We attempt to ship most retail orders within in 3 business days but during COVID's continued impact delays MAY happen. If you pay extra for priority please drop an email to Outsville@gmail with your order number and a note that you have paid for priority shipping and we will happily bump you to the front of the line as we process orders. Be aware 1-3 days has zero todo with how long it takes from the shipping date for USPS or UPS to actually deliver your package.
